Holly, a Jacksonville Beach native, has more than 26 years of experience in the marketing and advertising industry. She specializes in marketing and strategy development, branding and positioning, creative conception and direction, account management, event planning, tactical execution and overall business strategies and implementation. She provides strategic planning and daily management of marketing initiatives for the company and its clients. Her vast experience in management roles at advertising agencies has allowed her to lead and support a variety of accounts representing a number of industries including, but not limited to nonprofit, hospitality, real estate, retail, municipal, healthcare, logistics and technology. Holly is a born “boy mom” and lives with her husband in South Jacksonville Beach with their rescue dogs Sam and Lady Bug. When she is not dog sitting their grand pup Milo, she enjoys volunteering both her time and agency time to various organizations in the area.
Jen is no spring chicken and brings 25+ years of marketing experience, including working at agencies big and small, and owning her own boutique-style firm for the past ten years. Her strengths include account supervision, project management, and everything in between. Jen provides a wealth of knowledge and can-do spirit to the team and ensures client needs are met daily. Managing projects, leading people, and problem solving all come naturally to Jen and make her an invaluable asset. When she’s not making things happen at Hen House, Jen can be found walking dogs (her other passion), running, or spending time with her husband, three kids and two pups.
Born and raised in the Jacksonville Beach area, Courtney is a true local who’s excited to bring her creativity and love for the community to the Hen House flock. A Florida State University graduate with a degree in Marketing; she brings fresh ideas, attention to detail and plenty of energy to her role as Account Coordinator.
From coordinating client projects and crafting content to supporting events and keeping timelines on track, Courtney loves seeing ideas hatch and helping bring them to life. She thrives in the fast-paced agency environment, where no two days — or projects — are ever quite the same.
Outside the coop, you can find Courtney soaking up life at the beach, spending time with friends and family, grabbing a latte from a new coffee shop, cheering on the Seminoles and Jaguars, or finding any excuse to turn up a good playlist.
Lacy Lafferty is our multimedia graphic designer and digital guru who loves to use “design thinking” as a means for creative problem solving. She assists with the strategy, development and implementation of websites and broader digital initiatives, while also supporting a variety of design and branding needs. She grew up in West Virginia where she acquired her BFA in graphic design from Shepherd University. She is now fulfilling her MFA in graphic design and visual experience at Savannah College of Art and Design (virtually). Alongside design, Lacy is a photographer and an illustrator. When she is not working or creating, she is out hiking or spending time with her many pets including three big old turtles! Yep, you heard that right… turtles.
